SSC JHT Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification for the Post Code “A” to “E”
Candidates must have passed master’s degree from the recognized university in Hindi with English as an elective or compulsory subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.
Candidates must have passed master’s degree from the recognized university in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as an elective or compulsory subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level.
Candidates must have done recognized diploma or certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaking.
Education Qualification for the Post Code “F”
Candidates must have done bachelor’s degree in Hindi with English as one of subject at degree level either as compulsory or optional from the recognized university or Institute plus Master’s degree in any subject from the recognized university or Institute plus Bachelor of Education from the recognized University/Institute.
SSC JHT Age Limit
Educational Qualificattion:The age of the Candidates who want to apply for SSC Junior Hindi Translator 2018 examination should not be exceeding 30 years as on 1st January 2018. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the government rules. For more details, candidates are advised to wait till SSC JHT 2018 official notification declaration.
A candidate must be either:
- a citizen of India, or
- a subject of Nepal, or
- a subject of Bhutan, or
- a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the Ist January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
- a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania ( Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar ), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Provided that a candidate to categories (b), (c), (d) and (e) above shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
Physical Fitness Requirements-
There are certain requisite Physical Standards for Inspector (Central Excise/ Examiner/Preventive Officer), Sub-Inspector in CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) and Sub-Inspector in NIA (National Investigation Agency).
SSC JHT Exam Pattern
The SSC Junior Hindi Translator 2018 Examination will comprise of two papers - Paper I and Paper II which conducted for the total number of 400 marks. The JHT Paper I examination will consist of objective type questions from two parts - General English and General Hindi & it will be held in computer based mode. The JHT Paper II will be a conventional type test which conducted for 200 marks comprising of questions on translation and essay. The JHT Paper-II will be conducted in respect of only those candidates who get the minimum qualifying marks in Paper-I. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in Paper-I.

SSC JHT Syllabus
The SSC JHT 2018 Exam Syllabus offers detail regarding the topics and chapters of the Junior Hindi Translator exam. Mode Of Selection
Candidates will be selected as per their performance on SSC JHT Paper-I and Paper-II. Only those will be shortlisted for the paper-II round who will score well in SSC JHT paper-I exam as per the cut off marks.
As we know the SSC JHT Application Form 2018 submission will be started from 2nd June and it will closed on 26th June 2018. It means the candidates will be able to apply online for SSC Junior Hindi Translator Recruitment 2018 exam till 26th June. Therefore, candidates are suggested to fill SSC Junior Hindi Translator 2018 Application form on or before the last date to apply. For the reason that, after the closing date no one will be applicable to apply for SSC JHT Recruitment 2018. Candidates must have to Pay Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) and application fee can be paid through SBI Challan/SBI Net banking or through credit/debit cards of any bank.
Women candidates & candidates who belonging to SC, ST, Persons with disability and Ex-servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from paying the fee as per rules/instructions of Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India.
SSC JHT Admit Card
After completing the SSC JHT 2018 application process, the candidates who will successfully submit the application form will be able to download SSC Junior Hindi Translator 2018 Admit Card from the official website. Applicants will be able to download their SSC JHT Call Letter 2018 from the first week of August 2018 because examination will be held on 26th August 2018. SSC JHT Result
The Junior Hindi Translator examination of SSC will be held online on 26th August 2018 and a huge number of candidates will appear in the examination.
