The Reserve Bank of India has released RBI Assistant Recruitment 2018 Notification for 27 vacancies of Special Drive for Eligible PWD Candidates. Candidates can apply online or fill RBI Assistant 2018 Application Form from 30th January to 19th February 2018 and the prelims exam will be conducted on 8th April and the Main exam is set to be held on 6th May 2018. RBI is the central bank of India. It is set up by recommendation of Hilton young commission on 1st April 1935. This governmental body helps in regulation country’s currency and takes charge of financial agenda. The existing RBI offices are at Kolkata, Mumbai, Lahore, Rangoon, Karachi and Kanpur became branches of the Issue Department. RBI plays a role of a regulator in the banking chain of the country.

RBI Assistant Exam Notification

RBI Assistant exam is conducted by RBI to recruit candidates for the Assistant to its various branches all over the country. As it is a national level recruitment process, applications from all sections of India are invited. Candidates can apply online for this post after the RBI Assistant 2018 Notificationhas been released by RBI. The exam is going to be conducted in three phases: Prelims, Mains and Interview. Cumulative score of all the three phases will be used to make the merit list of candidates being selected for the post of RBI Assistant.

RBI Assistant Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications (As on 1st Jan 2018): Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks and they should have knowledge of word processing on PC. OR Candidates who are in Ex-servicemen category should either have a graduation degree from a recognized University or should have cleared the matriculation or its equivalent examination of the Armed Forces and rendered at least 15 years of defence service.

RBI Assistant Age Limit

Candidate's age should be between 20 and 28 years. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 2nd Jan 1990 and not later than 1st Feb 1998 (both days including).

RBI Assistant Exam Pattern

RBI Assistant Preliminary Exam:

Preliminary Examination is conducted in Three Phases.The three Section are:Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability and English Language.

RBI Assistant Msains Exam:

The mains exam has five different sections: Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Computer Knowledge and General Awareness.

Application Fees/ Intimation Charges (Non- Refundable): Payable from 30th January to 19th February 2018 (Online payment)

The Staff candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee and intimation charges. Bank Transaction charges for Online Payment of application fees/intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate.

RBI Assistant Admit Card

Candidates who will successfully submit the RBI Assistant application form are able to Download RBI Assistant Admit Card 2018 from the official website from 14th March. The RBI Asst Prelims exam is set to be held on 8th April 2018. Therefore, RBI Assistant Prelims Admit Card 2018 has been released from 14th March 2018 As per the latest news and updates, the RBI Admit Card 2018 for the Assistant Prelims examination has been officially released on the official website. Candidates are able to download RBI Assistant Prelims Call Letter via registration number and password.

RBI Assistant Result

According to the latest updates, the RBI Assistant Result 2018 for Prelims examination will be declared in the mid of April 2018 on the official website.
